During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the complimentary umbrellas and bicycles which were available to rent. The location was also convenient, as we were able to easily access nearby attractions. Additionally, we enjoyed the delicious food served at the restaurant which had a variety of options to choose from.

Our stay was not without issues. The cleanliness of the swimming pool left much to be desired, and the lack of warm water access was disappointing. Moreover, we felt misled as we were not informed of all the amenities available during our stay. The price point was also quite steep for what was offered, and we encountered issues with payment methods and restaurant billing. our experience was lackluster and we were left wishing for more.

the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to unwind by the pool. the rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and beautiful views. the bathroom is pristine with all the amenities. the courteous staff provided exceptional service, and the hearty breakfast did not disappoint. the bicycles and umbrellas offered, were a thoughtful touch, making it easy to explore the surrounding countryside.

We enjoyed a lovely romantic escape in a luxurious resort with stunning lake views. the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure our every need was taken care of. the private pool was definitely a highlight, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the picturesque surroundings. We also loved the complimentary high tea and the fact that bikes were provided for exploring the nearby area. the resort's location near the Bagela Lake and Eklingji was ideal for a nature lover like me.

the service provided by the gracious staff was impeccable, and the spa and wellness centre offered a wide range of treatments. the outdoor swimming pool was clean and spacious, and the garden area was well-maintained.

The only minor issue we faced was with the minibar, which was not cooling effectively. the hotel staff promptly came and fixed the issue.

I had an unforgettable experience during my stay at this resort. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel appreciated. The hotel facilities were remarkable, and the cleanliness of my room was at par with my standards. The hotel's location on the lake offered stunning views from my private pool. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious – a perfect way to start the day.
